DISCOVERING LANGHOLM - Artventure Trail
OutPost have developed an interactive, multi-sensory illustrated artventure trailbook as a creative vehicle to deliver Discover Arts Award to young people at events such as The Muckletoon Adventure Festival and The Wild Eskdale Festival (and eventually OutPost Arts's own family arts festival in 2020!)
Artventurers (and their families) follow the trail of activities in and around central Langholm; creating drawing and poems, visiting exhibitions, completing an art quiz and taking part in activities such as stream-dipping and bridge building along the way. Activities are designed to explore the local area's cultural heritage and natural environment.
