WEEK 1 - PRINTED TOTE BAG - Tutor: Helen Walsh
Materials: Tote bag, PVA glue, fabric ink or textile medium mixed with acrylic paint, scrap fabric, old paint brushes, scissors, cardboard, foam paper (or cardboard), corks, buttons/cotton reels/bottle tops (or other found objects), paint tray/plate, rolling pin/cardboard tubes, string, natural objects eg leaves, textured fabric eg lace. WEEK 5 - Christmas Table Crafts - Tutor: Ellen Cumming from Euphorbia Floral Design
Materials:
1. Christmas Garland – allow 2 ½ hours
- Selection of winter foliage (about 1-2 large “bag for life”, depending on size you are making)
- Larch cones on twigs/ willow twigs
- Pine cones
- Dried orange slices/ whole oranges/ whole limes
- Dried flowers (like hydrangeas, gypsophila), dried seed heads
- Secateurs or strong scissors
- Floral wire (can be provided)
- Binding wire or string/ twine (can be provided)
- Measuring tape
2. Christmas Table Candle Design – allow up to 30mins
- Moss
- Small selection of winter foliage (small carrier bag’s worth)
- Willow twigs
- Pine cones, larch cones, dried flowers and foliage, berries, dried oranges
- Shallow bowl or decorative plate
- Large vase
- Up to 3 jars
- Candles (style depends on which design you go for), real or battery powered.

Materials: PVA glue, sellotape/stapler, string or yarn, a hole punch (or alternative to make holes), sticky-back plastic, scissors, pen/pencil, blu-tac, cereal box, a paint brush and lots of 'autumn treasures' eg leaves, conkers, branches and pine cones
Optional: posca pen or paint to decorate your leaves and fabric/felt for making creatures/fairies
